Gladys Vonglahn is the Founder and CEO of Gladys′ Cleaning Service, a family operated company. Originally from Chile, she is a first-generation immigrant. Gladys is a visionary leader, and her business story tells us about determination, hard work, and her ability to see opportunities where others do not.  

Gladys Vonglahn started her own business despite having no money, no English language skills, and no previous experience in the field, while adapting to an entirely new culture. She saw an opportunity in the cleaning industry and bravely launched GLADYS’ CLEANING SERVICE LLC, which aimed at providing an outstanding professional cleaning service experience in residential, and commercial settings. Over the past two decades, Gladys has gained 20+ years of experience in the cleaning industry. She is proud to have directed her business towards the commercial sector and has begun to do business with the Government of which she has led several projects with counties and most recently with Newark Liberty International Airport. For Gladys one of her greatest satisfactions is being able to create job opportunities and inspiring others through her legacy.  

Gladys’ success is a testament to her hard work, her willingness to take risks, and her ability to adapt to new challenges and opportunities. Gladys is passionate about returning all knowledge, experience and learning to the community. So, she can help create more and better leaders in the cleaning industry.
